Christopher Kreutzner wins the 2014-2015 Jacques Gaudreau Memorial Prize!

The Human Rights Research and Education Centre would like to congratulate Christopher Kreutznerr for being the 2014-2015 Jacques Gaudreau Memorial Prize recipient. This endowment fund has been established in memory of Jacques Gaudreau (1947-1989), an officer of the Department of External Affairs, and is awarded to a student in the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa with the most outstanding mark or essay in the area of international human rights law.  Mr. Kreutzner has won the award for his essay entitled “Anxious for Treatment: How and Why Human Rights Law is Failing Mental Health”.
