In a Book on the Impact of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights

Salvador Herencia-Carrasco, HRREC member and Director of its Human Rights Clinic, has published a chapter in a book commemorating the impact of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights. His contribution focuses on the right to legal personality and its importance for the protection of Indigenous Peoples, gender identity and protection against forced disappearances.

The book, Voces por la universalidad de los derechos humanos: A 70 años de la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos (Voices for the universality of human rights : 70 years after the Universal Declaration of Human Rights), was edited by the Instituto de Estudios Constitucionales de Querétaro and is available under Open Access.
